CyclingDeal Multi-Function Bicycle Pedal Wrench 15mm & 9/16″ Spanner – 41cm/16 Extra Long Handle Comfortable Grip – Great MTB Road Bike Pedal Removal Tool

Don Fisher –
4-3-24 You’ve got to get the CyclingDeal, Multi-Function Bicycle Pedal Wrench! My first use was as a long, pedal wrench. The length gives you great leverage so you don’t have to be particularly strong to remove a pedal that’s been installed way too tight. (And make sure you’re going the right direction, as the left pedal is reverse threaded). My upcoming project will likely be on an (M24) external bottom bracket tool – that’s another difficult task the last wrench I used easily bent. I predict it won’t be a problem with this CyclingDeal wrench, due to its thickness, length, and padded handle. But I will still wear gloves, as I recently cut myself on a project, and that could’ve been avoided). In the near future, I will also try the 15mm cutout, on a wheel hub – as a cone wrench. – Not sure if it’ll be compatible to do that, as that’s a task not shown by the full page product Instructions – which I will fold and store in the bag w/ this tool. – This wrench’s strength – it’s long reach, is also it’s 1 weakness, as it’s a bit big to take on bike rides in a toolkit. No, it’s to be left in your garage or shop and something smaller utilized for mobile tools.

Having so many fixing size options on the one tool makes life so much easier.
The length of the handle is ideal; it provides so much leverage that fitting pedals adequately tight is effortless.
I absolutely love this tool.

I had a couple pedal changes planned when I happened across this and the wrench I had was designed more for packability than usefulness and looks more like a chrome-plated version of the wrenches they include when you need to assemble a product. Imagine my dismay when both the old and new pedals on two bikes turned out to use fallen keys rather than having two parallel faces on the section between the pedal and the crank arm. But wait! This wrench also does Allen keys. What? Just put your Allen key through the corresponding hole, just like in preschool and you’ve got leverage like with no other Allen key I’ve seen.. But someone had applied grease to the threads of the pedals and despite being in place 2-3 years, they actually were super easy to remove and replace. Whoever removes them next time better have a wrench like mine.

I used this to remove pedals the length of the handle is sufficient. The quality of the wrench is pretty good. Well made and smooth to the touch.

It Looks and Feels very Professional.
I like the fact that its long for good leverage, Just like no other. I really like to tighten the pedal an extra bit; this is the perfect tool for that.

I broke my old tool so I ordered this. This is much more sturdy than the last took I had. I changed out the pedal of my old bicycle in under 20 minutes which is fast for me and this despite some rust build up. This is also more expensive than my last tool and well you get what you pay for because this is way better.
I highly recommend this tool for changing pedals.

This is probably one of the best bike tools I’ve gotten so far. It has a 9/16 and 15mm wrench along both edges, a slot for a bottom bracket removal tool, pedal spindle tool (10T) and slots in the middle where you insert hex wrenches. That last part is particularly useful. It allowed me to remove a hex bolt that was nearly frozen under my saddle. It wouldn’t budge using a hex key. It came off with almost no effort with the extra leverage this provided.
The wrench has some heft to it. The handle is long enough that I have no trouble tightening down anything. It’s also long enough that you could pretty easily over tighten something if you get carried away, but the leverage is great.
This turned out to be one of those simple things that solved a lot of frustrations. I ride a single speed, so this is literally the only wrench I need for just about any task on my bike. Very highly recommended if you’re finding yourself acquiring too many bike tools and want to simplify things. I would buy this again without hesitation.

To say that I was overwhelmed upon receiving the CyclingDeal Multi-Function Pedal Wrench would be to understate; it is big and solid, and could be mistaken for a medieval melee weapon.
The CyclingDeal Multi-Function Pedal Wrench is a professional quality multi-tool with all those utilises asserted by the seller. Not only would it be useful in a home invasion, but it’s an allen wrench, a bottom bracket tool, and of course a pedal tool, where it’s long handle provides for more than enough leverage to break free those gunked-up pedals. For all of its stated uses, the leverage it provides and its solidity makes do-it-yourself bicycle maintenance less demanding and more convenient.
The CyclingDeal Multi-Function Pedal Wrench is a professional quality tool that is built to last forever, passed down through the generations. Twenty thousand years from now, anthropologists discovering artifacts from the Anthropocene epoch will question how and for what it was used.
It’s an awesome tool and the seller’s description is straightforward and accurate.
