This water bottle is awesome. Plastic bottles, including so called polar insulated bottles, just do not keep fluids cold for more than 1/2 hour to an hour. This thing fits in a water bottle cage, is easy to open and close, is easy from which to drink and keeps fluids cold for hours, even with very little ice.
If you ride long distances in hot weather, this is the ticket!!

TOP

I really like these plastic free water bottles. They work great! I removed 1 star only because one has started leaking slightly around the nozzle lock even when closed. However, it may be due to being washed in the dishwasher. Otherwise, excellent product!

Good for hot weather, it does work for cold water or beverages on the go. I use it for cycling, only downside is that it is heavier than the plastic counterpart, otherwise 5 star.

Excellent bottle for use on bicycles. The insulation keeps the fluids cold for a long time, a lot of times when I put ice in the bottle, there are still ice at the end of a long ride in the summer.

Perfect size and fit. Trying to move away from plastic and this works perfectly! Fits in aluminum holder and never moves.

This water bottle works like a charm. It is much better than the plastic one and is very sturdy, easy to use and easy to clean. I would recommend this to a friend or family member.

This is the best water bottle for my bike rides and my spin class. Keeps drinks cold and it is easy to drink from this bottle. Very well made.

This double wall, stainless product is the best I’ve used for keeping fluids cold during hot weather bike rides. Yes, it is almost double the weight of similar Camelback “Ice” bottles, BUT it keeps fluids cold for FAR longer. Since I’m an older, NON “weight weenie” rider, sipping on some ice cold water, mid-ride, is WAY more important than using a lower performing product that is a few grams/ounces lighter.

Bought these smaller versions for my wife’s bike due to small frame size. I also have 4 of the larger for our tandem and my single bike. We ride year round in Tucson AZ. These bottles keep liquids very cold for hours even in 95 to !00 degrees. The drink spout works well and locks closed. The finish is very good (powder coat??) and has held up well so far. I found plastic/fiber bottle holders to work better then metal. They are a bit pricey and certainly heavier then plastic bottles but those cold sips of water will make you forget about that in a minute.

After I finish riding I normally empty the water bottle and screw the cap in the open position and place it back in the bike which I keep in the garage. The problem is that some insects will try to get in through the drinking hole and they may even stay inside that hole. A rubber cap will be a great addition.
