    I bought these mats to line my dog pen with and they are fabulous! Here’s why:

    1. They’re durable and springy/squishy without being so heavy that two people or a trolley are needed to move them.

    2. They’re corrugated, so they provide a surface with good traction. This means they’d make pretty good bathroom or pool mats, too.

    3. They have a great surface area that should accommodate most needs.

    4. They’re reasonably priced.

    Although I don’t use mine this way, their springiness and shape would make them good equipment mats. They’re too short for yoga, but if you’re looking to line a larger area for floor exercise or a child’s play area, these mats are a good choice.

    Peloton being delivered tomorrow and my mat got here today. The mat looked short so I measured it and it was only 47 inches long.

    Kind of frustrated because the first mat I ordered got “lost” so I had to find a back up in a very short period of time, this mat was on Prime and a decent price.

    It’s a bike mat, you put your exercise bike on it. It keeps the bike from damaging your floor and or carpet. It’s made of a rubbery squishy material that absorbs shock and pressure well. As an added effect, it also absorbs some of the motion that comes from pedaling really hard which means it kills some of the noise as well.

    Overall, it does exactly what I expected it to and have zero complaints. Would buy again (but why would I, I already have one!).

    Non-skid works well. Noise damping works well. If you get this, measure what you want to do first.
    This is fine for some applications and not for others. It is too short for a road bike on an indoor trainer, but great if you have a Lifecycle and want to absorb some of the noise.

    I needed an exercise equipment mat after bringing my Air Strider upstairs from the basement, as I didn’t want this exercise machine to mar or scratch my laminated wood floor. This old machine is wide and I needed a mat wide enough to cover from frame to frame.

    Most of the exercise mats I came across were not wide enough to fit this machine.
    When I read the dimensions of this mat, I knew it was wide enough for my exercise machine. Also, I wanted a mat that was thick enough and the description fit what I wanted in a mat–durable!

    After having this mat underneath my Air Strider for one week with 20 minute sessions, this mat has not torn apart and no cuts marks have worn through from the machine (This machine is heavy).

    Hopefully, this mat will last a long time with much more usage. Presently, I am satisfied with this mat.

    Purchasing the Body Solid Super Mat RF34B to use with my new Sunny SF-B1001 Indoor Cycling Bike was a very good move. Not only does it provide a solid foundation on which to place the bike, the contrasting colors of the red Sunny bike and the black Body Solid Super Mat looks, well, hot:-).

    Additionally, the mat is essential if living over other people if you want to use your bike (even one as quiet as the Sunny) at night. Dusting the bike and using the hand vac on the mat occasionally is probably good for the moving parts of the bike and, because the bike and mat are the first things people notice, I like to keep both of them looking sharp. The mat is beautifully constructed and made to last. It is a good investment at a reasonable price.

    I ordered this mat to accompany my purchase of the sunny spin bike. It fits under perfectly and protects my carpet. It seems very durable and is lightweight. I would highly recommend this mat for use under an exercise bike. It would be too small for a treadmill but is just right for a smaller piece of equipment.

    Good high quality mat. I purchased it to put under my spin bike. It should have measured first because I thought it was a longer mat. It is more of a square shape. Overall good mat.
