- 【Indoor Bike Trainers】: One of the problems with cycling, though, is that when the weather gets bad, conditions can keep you off the road or trail. Maybe it is raining or is too windy outside, or perhaps you need to avoid rush hour traffic or an unsafe dusk ride. This is when you just mount your bike on to a bike trainer and get the exercise that you want, but at home. There is no reason why you can not exercise with your bike when the outside weather is bad.
- 【Strong Structure & High Load-bearing Capacity】: The unfolded bicycle training stand forms a pyramid structure, which greatly improves the stability of the entire frame. Its strong material and stable structure enable it to withstand a weight of 330 pounds. In addition, any bicycle with a wheel diameter of 26 ”to 29” including 700c can be fitted to our stand.
- 【6 Level Resistance Adjustable】: The trainer includes a drive-by-wire device so that you can change the resistance from your handle bars directly. You can adjust the magnetic resistor and switch the six resistance levels in seconds to meet your requirements about resistance and speed.
- 【Smooth & Low Noise Operation】: There is almost no sound on the wheels on the riding platform. It is recommended to replace smooth tires during cycling training to reduce vibration, reduce indoor resonance or add carpet under the stage. In some cases it will be loud with MTB tires. If you owned a MTB with rough tires, careful to buy. Because MTB tires will be loud with all bike trainers, no matter how expensive it is.
- 【Portable Folding Bike Exercise Stand】: In order to facilitate users to carry and store our bicycle training rack, we designed it into a folding style. It just takes a minute to set it up, clamp your rear axle with the quick clamp and adjust the contact between the wheel and the polished roller. No need to use other tools, you can directly complete the installation and disassembly process by putting up or unfolding the stand.

Easy to assemble. Purchased a smoother back tyre which has reduced the noise the chunky mountain bike tyre produced.
We have it indoors and it is easy to move around when needed and removing the bike from the stand is straightforward. Happy with the purchase and would be happy to recommend to anyone wanting a sturdy trainer at a budget price.

I am a long-time bike rider and live in Phoenix, AZ. Here the summer weather is HOT. The outdoor temperatures here are high 80’s or into the 90’s before sunrise. I use the stand in the summers to avoid the heat.
I hooked up a speedometer on my bike’s rear tire to read the mileage ridden on the bike stand. I have ridden about 110 miles on the stand in the past 2 weeks and the stand has performed well.
The stand itself is heavy duty steel, well-finished, and attractive. Mounted on the stand, the bike is taller, so I use a short stool to get on and off the bike. The support for the front wheel is nice and keeps the bike level from front to back. I used the replacement quick release skewer that came with the stand because it fit the stand’s clamps best. The cable to the magnetic resistance unit is quite long. I coiled it and zip tied it, to compact it, and keep it away from the pedals.
The resistance unit was easy to attach to the stand. The clamps that hold the bike keep it firmly in place once adjusted properly. The clamps are simple to adjust for your bike’s size. Do not overly tighten the adjustment that keeps the roller pressed against the bike’s rear tire or it will create more noise.
My bike has Specialized Nimbus 2 Armadillo tires 700X32 that have smooth tread and do not cause annoying noise. The noise comes from the spinning of the magnetic resistance unit and roller that contacts the tire. By turning up the volume on the TV, it is still possible to use a TV when using the unit.
One reviewer complained that the magnetic resistance unit was not effective. It works fine for me. I have it set for #3 on the handlebar unit and change the resistance by shifting my bike’s gears.

Very sturdy easy to setup. Works great, I do wish it could add more resistance but other than that I love it.
To stand itself is virtually silent the noise a few have complained about is from your tire design. Aggressive dirt tires are going to be loud. Street tires don’t make much sound at all.

Decided to tryout a bike trainer stand since I no longer had easy access to a gym. I’ve been very happy with this purchase. The assembly and set up was simple and I can easily move it around in my basement exercise area.

So far we are loving this Bike Stand! Was easy to assemble and my bike was easy to hook up to the stand. And away my husband and I have been biking! I don’t know why people say it’s loud bc it’s not at all at least with my tires. I like that the stand is stable, safe, and provides good resistance with plenty of room to make the workout more challenging. So far we love this stand! For the price, this stand is really worth it!

This item is very sturdy, and easy to put together. The noise is kind of annoying, from the tire rubbing the back roller but I just turn the TV up while I ride.
I don’t use the tension control, as the mounting bracket didn’t adjust enough to fit my handlebars, the bars are slightly wider than the gadget will expand to fit. I shift bike gears, as usual to work harder or put it into granny gear to work less.
Overall, I like it. It’s beneficial and cheaper than an exercise bike and subscription. Spring is almost here so I’ll be back on the road soon. Good for indoor winter riding, for someone that doesn’t like to ride when it’s below 60 outside.

1 wk review.Item well packed w/minimal parts for assy.Super ez setup.15 min w/ my tools (2).If your bike
has kwik release whls probly no need to use supplied skewer. If you have ANY tread on your tire then take
this advice and order a smooth training tire and install before assembling.Or wish you had.Resistance lev-
els work well and you need to adj.roller tension to where tire won’t slip w/ hard pedaling. Most people have to force themselves to excersize (me) until they see results so I start out slow (20 min) and work up
a good sweat .So it works. The only thing I found crummy was the hndlbr.clamp lever would not stay closed and used a cable tie to tighten.Hence 4 stars overall.Money well spent. So far.Update at 60 days.
Used often still works.Disappointing maximum resistance limit.I”ve got bike set at highest gear (21) and
unit at 6 and not enough resistance for stand up peddling.Too easy too fast.I can still get an effective
workout sitting down,but disappointing.

I got to try this unit out for the first time today and am happy to report that it ticks every box concerning its design, construction and operation. When I initially assembled the unit, (which is very straight forward) I had concerns regarding the apparent lack of resistance, even when the unit was set to maximum. I still had concerns when I initially tried sitting on my bike and pedalling. However, those concerns were quickly eliminated when I geared up my bike to a higher gear combo and was immediately met with moderate to extreme resistance, more than enough for my level of fitness. I am not an extreme cyclist, but I did ride over 1200 km. this year and I feel as guy in his 70s, this unit will give me the level of winter training that am looking for. The flywheel assembly seems well made and operates smoothly. As reported in other reviews, there is a significant noise level, which increases with virtual “speed”. It doesn’t bother me with earbuds in, just have to get used to it. I really like how easy it is to mount my bicycle onto the frame. It comes with a replacement 5mm hub spline which only takes a minute to replace my bike’s original. There is a large clamping mechanism on the frame with makes mounting pretty effortless. I also appeciate how compact and space saving the design is. It can be folded down and stored in a closet, against a wall or in a corner. I am not sure if the plastic or rubber feet would mar a vinyl or laminate floor but I operate mine on a concrete basement floor for now. I would invest in a 2 x 3 foot floor mat to protect our floor from possible damage should I choose to move it. The magnetic friction controller has six settings and clamps onto the bike handlebar. The controller clamping mechanism is the only part that I feel is flimsy and cheaply made. Having said that, it works, which is all that really matters. It would also be nice if the assembly locked open to make mounting a little easier. Regardless, I am very happy with this unit for the price and would not hesitate to recommend one.

It’s loud and I am very disappointed. I wish I could return it but the return window is closed. They say you get what you pay for. CHEAP!

I much prefer to exercise outdoors but sometimes it’s too hot or too wet. I have a treadmill but it is LOUD and freaks the dog out a little. I set this up in the living room and it’s quiet and surprisingly my dog mostly ignores it. I can’t guarantee this for all dogs, since bikes seem to clearly upset a lot of them but my dog is used to seeing me ride and being around bikes. Besides that it’s easy to adjust and get going and easy to break down, fold up and put away. I tried it with my dirt bike, too. Don’t recommend. Use smooth road tires.
