This ratchet wrench set comes with a lot of options that allow working in different spaces. The set itself is very portable and even with how small the case is there’s still room inside if you need to put in more bits. Its handle isn’t very long, but it’s wide enough that it can be used to apply a lot more force than something thinner like a hex key.
I found using this set really sped up the assembly of some shelving that came with a hex key – I just popped in the same-size hexagonal bit and went to work. Granted, any ratchet wrench set should be able to do the same, but the small size of this one meant it wasn’t unwieldy and had no trouble fitting in locations that were designed around the hex key being used.
I was particularly impressed that this ratchet wrench helped me remove the blade bolt on my miter saw, which was so stuck that nothing else I had tried would work to loosen it. I’d even tried inserting its hex key and hitting it with a hammer. Even though the wrench is pretty small I was able to safely apply much more force with it, which is exactly what I needed to be able to do.
I wouldn’t consider this one of the best tools I own, but I’ve been consistently impressed with it so far.

I love this product for its intended use, which is essentially as a travel emergency tool. Shrinking a tool into a compact and versatile package necessarily results in trade-offs, though, so know this isn’t a tool designed for heavy use and isn’t one for which you should pay a premium.
Pros:
– I really like the small bag this comes in. It makes this product super compact, such that you could easily put it in your pants pocket or tuck it away in a book bag and completely forget it’s packed there.
– The bag and tool also fit within the included compact plastic box. It’s a standard cheap plastic box with a snap lid, which is perfectly adequate, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable using the box without the included bag — relatively little pressure is required to pop it open. I can see how people would appreciate the box, so I list it as a pro, but I’ve repurposed it. I value how compact the tool is, and the box adds bulk.
– As you can see from the listing photos, the ratchet is versatile and can be configured differently to fit the workspace. I’ve included a picture of one combination I didn’t see within the listing that provides a tad more reach when needed.
Trade-offs:
– The versatility referenced as a pro above comes at a cost, which is strength and rigidity. The bit opening within the handle is shallow, so it doesn’t take too much for the bit to fall out. This is also not the tool you want to reach for to loosen up a rusty nut. It’s just not designed for tough tasks like that. If that’s what you’re looking for, I suggest buying a socket wrench/ratchet that’s a solid piece of metal — it will feel more substantial and provide more control.
– This is exactly what you’d expect it to be, an inexpensive Chinese tool that you’d typically find in the bargain “stocking stuffer” bin close to a store register. Accordingly, I fully expect this to rust if it gets wet and advise putting oil around the ratchet mechanism before storing it to make sure that this tool works when I need it (a good idea for all tools, but particularly critical for one intended for emergency use).
I used the word “trade-offs” above rather than “cons,” because I think these limitations are perfectly acceptable for a cheap tool you hope to never use but want to keep with you just in case. But do consider these trade-offs when evaluating the price. I own much higher quality alternatives purchased from my local big-box store, and while this tool is perfect for my intended use, it’s only worth 50-75% of the price for those alternatives, so do some cost comparisons before purchasing.

I wrecked my electric bike a while back and everything was katty-wompus on it – the handle bars were slightly misaligned, the left brake handle was hanging low, the seat was out of kilter, the rear fender was off-center. I never felt like dragging out all the tools to fix it so since I don’t use it that often I was pretty much ignoring it.
When I saw this kit i thought that this set of dedicated bike tools should have all the proper sized hex wrenches to get it going and I wouldn’t have to dig around in my tools to find them. Sure enough, when I set in to working on it the problems were fixed one, two, three. Really nice knowing all the sizes needed are right there and handy.
Just a head’s up: The handle to the ratchet is held on only magnetically so that it can be pulled and used when you need to drive a bolt directly without the ratchet, so you have to be careful where you’re operating at as one false move and you could end up dropping the ratchet head down a street drain or something when it falls off.
Comes in a little draw-string bag that I don’t think one could count on something not falling out of but at least it’s something to store the tools and accessories in.
Neat little toolset for a bike. Recommended.

I am retired and now drive a school bus so that I can yell at children. Buses are full of little fasteners working themselves loose. Mirrors, ceiling panels, access panels, etc. I got tired of going to the mechanics for endless minor tightenings and resolved to get something. This is right-sized, the quality is really quite high, and the little bag is great for my use. I added a 1/4 nut driver because I do not always have the side access the ratchet wants, and I added a cheap pair of pliers to trap nuts. Genius? Possibly,
