I bought this mat for my training bike and carpet protection while I work out. the material is sturdy, thick, easy to clean and stays put on my carpet. The included cooling towel is also super dope. This is a perfect mat! I was worried about it being too padded which would make the bike unsteady but it isn’t. The bike feels no different than without it. I have it on a laminate floor and I feel confident it will protect the floor. I read reviews on cheaper ones and decided that you get what you pay for. This one was just a little more and it gets great reviews. I’m happy with my purchase. FYI, this is the smaller size which fits my bike perfectly. Buy this one… you won’t be disappointed!

Waited 2 months before review to see how this mat would hold up. We use this mat for our indoor bike trainer. It has worked out great. It’s light weight but very strong & protects our hardwood floors. I would recommend this mat for any indoor training activities You can’t beat it for the money

I am very happy with the size and the quality. It holds it shape and looks great. It has a nice texture and thickness to it without being too thick and bulky. Came a bit curved from being rolled up for packaging and delivery but once you lay it out it flattens nicely. I recommend this product

I wish it was a bit thicker to absorb more impact and to be less of a chew toy for my evil cats.
They must have loved the smell and taste of it as it got chewed up by the 2 cats within a few days.
The product itself didn’t have any noticeable odor, but it sure turned my cats on!
The dimensions were perfect for the treadmill that sits on it

Nice thickness and cozy on feet. Most definitely could be used as an exercise mat. My bench will have weight plates for leg lifts and I wanted a sturdy mat to handle the weight. I have different mats under my machines and this one is my favorite. Thumbs up!

I needed a tough mat to use in front my cable weight machine for various strength routines. I didn’t need a large mat and this proved to be just the right size for my needs. This mat stays in place and has a tough durable surface with just a little bit of cushion. For now, it’s holding up great and hasn’t much odor to it.

Bought this for my new exercise bike and it’s perfect. Love the material. Not too thick at all and is a great size for the bike. Bike is totally stable and doesn’t move at all on the mat. Material is easy to clean and wipe down. Highly recommend!

wipes clean and seems sturdy enough. I might not trust it to protect my hardwood floor, but on carpet or sealed floor it’s probably good. It’s not as dense as real gym ones you can get so if you’re expecting that you may need to spend more money.

I bought this mat to place under a Stryde fitness bike (check them out as a great alternative to Peloton). Mat is well constructed, not too thick or thin. It had a slight chemical smell that dissipated over night. I’m using it on a carpeted surface if that makes any difference to those of you looking. I highly recommend this item if your in the market for such a thing. There are so many choices on amazon, glad I went with this one.
