This ia a good set of cleaning tools and cleaners in a bag. Comes with different types of brushes, a sponge, a cleaner/degreaser and a bottle of wet lube for chains. The blue bottle is a degreaser I think – at least the description says to use on drivetrains – I probably would try to avoid getting it on paint although it does say paint safe.

Ran my old Giant through the motions using only what was in this kit. I do not use wet lube so I didn’t use that lubt, but used everything else included.

1. The degreaser seems to be okay – does not have any strange odors and makes a good amount of froth when brushed with the included brushes. I keep my drivetrain pretty clean, but this took off the grime from the last 3-4 rides pretty decently.

2. The chain brush is a pain to use. It would have been nicer if they included one of those rolling chain cleaning brushes where you can put in the degreaser and run the chain. But this one is just.a brush. So I sprayed some degreaser on the entire chain then unsnapped the top of the chain brush to put the chain it. That was not easy but once the chain is enclosed, it does have bristles on all sides of the chain so it does an okay job cleaning the chain.

I didn’t use the wet lube – I might use that for my chainsaw 🙂 Seems too watery and I use wax-based dry lube so I am not going to use this on my bikes. Everything else seems pretty useful so 5 stars.

I purchased this set for my teenage son who is in a mountain biking club. This looked like a handy kit that would be useful for him and would have most everything he would need to keep his bike clean.

The suds cleaner worked well for my son. He seemed happy with using it and with the outcome of it. It did not leave any residue or soap spots on his bike. The sponge is larger too and is able to cover a lot of ground when cleaning. He prefers dry lube but did use the wet lube once after we had a hard rain and the trails were wet and they were heading out. He said the wet lube worked well but dirt stuck to it so he will probably stay with his dry lube. He does really like all of the cleaning brushes that came with this set. They are different sized so he’s able to get into all of the smaller crevices on his bike. All of this comes in a handy carrying case to keep everything together. Overall my son seems to be happy with the kit and it’s really nice to have everything all in one place.

Decent value for the amount of kit included. My go-to choices are usually muc-off cleaner (pink bottle), a new yellow sponge and whatever cheap crevice brushes I can grab from the pound shop. You’ll need a bucket to go along with this kit.

The chain cleaner tool is a neat idea, I’ve got another chain cleaner tool that attaches on and takes its own fluid acting as a bath, however it usually goes everywhere.

I’ve not lost too many bristles from the included brushes in use, but you’ll want to leave them to soak in something to clean them out after use, otherwise they just dry and harden with a horrible thick paste.

I use dry lube for the bikes these days so can’t comment on the quality of the supplied stuff. It does at least come with a small screw-on tip, but the bottle itself is quite large so may be unwieldy when full. Dry lube is a gamechanger for keeping your drive chain clean but requires more frequent application.

The Good:
-Many useful brushes
-Brushes are strong
-Most useful cleaner included (chain/drivetrain cleaner)
-Quality storage case
The OK:
-Only includes wet lube (this is not what you’ll want to use most of the time)
-Chain brush is difficult to disassemble (works well but very hard to separate)
-Sponge (not the most useful bike cleaning too especially without frame cleaner)
The Bad:
-No included microfiber (one of the most useful cleaning items)
-No frame cleaning soap (could use drivetrain cleaner but not as good for painted surfaces)

This set is a good assortment of commonly used bicycle cleaning tools. Includes quality hard case and many useful brushes. Cassette cleaning tool is as good as any I’ve used in the past and the drivetrain cleaner fluid is effective. Disappointed to see they only included wet chain lube as most riders will predominantly use dry. Wet is good for wet conditions but picks up dirt far worst than dry. The chain cleaner brush is an effective alternative to an automatic chain cleaner but is incredibly difficult to disassemble and doesn’t have any press tabs. This is not ideal when working close to sharp metal objects and would have been very easy to fix. Found it strange there was a sponge without any frame soap/cleaner, you can use the drivetrain cleaner on the rest of the bike but it can strip the paint of protective waxes and oils (if you wax your frame afterwards it’s fine). Overall, they give you a lot of quality items at a good value but the set could be more complete for any one task and be better. Still not a bad choice if you are just getting started.

Easy to use, cleaned ingrained dirt off both the frame and chain, although it didn’t seem to foam up like in the videos. The supplied brushes made it easy to get into small spaces and the chain gizmo thingie worked perfectly. As you can tell, I’m not a seasoned biker & have never had to clean a bike before but following the videos in the listing helped enormously. I should have taken before & after photos – sorry!

Ordered this to clean up a used bike for a kid. I have never cleaned or lubed a chain before so i dont know if the lube/cleaning solution is good or not but I did notice a difference.
The hard case that it comes in is great for storage and the brushes work fine. The only negative was the chain cleaning brush tool was hard to pull apart as mentioned in another review. I didn’t clip it back all the way when I was using it in case i couldn’t unclip it when it on the chain.

Perfect cleaning kit for a bike and chain. Has everything I needed to get my bike back in working order.
