So far, the product has met the expectations. Easy installation, good materials, you can find videos on youtube which helps you through the installation process, is it not that difficult though.

The rack itself is good, sturdy and well built. Very easy to attach to most bikes.
Improvements needed: better system for holding stuff. The net was dissapointing, wasn’t the best and has no good way to hook onto rack and can’t really be tightened down.

After having difficulty with a number of other bike racks and having to return them, I switched to this model. I read the reviews and many people said that it’s difficult to install and the directions are terrible. Well, they’re 100% correct in the fact that the directions are terrible. However, if you go into it, knowing the directions are terrible and you take your time to review the directions and figure out what steps are actually missing before you leap into installing it, it’s quite easy to install. I spent about 20 minutes reviewing the instructions and laying all the pieces out and understanding where everything would eventually go. So when it came time to actually install it even with the crummy instructions I got the whole thing on in about 15 minutes. It’s really nice. It’s super sturdy. It looks good and it was affordable so I really couldn’t ask for anything else. It gets a thumbs up.

I purchased this rack specifically for the cargo net addition. On my second use, the next ripped and I lost the use of 2 of the hooks. Amazon only offered to replace the entire thing and the replacement wouldn’t be here in time before I needed to send the original back, but I only wanted to swap the nets. I reached out to Reliancer to see if I could get just the net replaced and they replied by the end of the day. Within 15 minutes of responding back with my address and such, they replied again that my replacement was shipped. I received a 2-pack of replacement nets 2 days before they told me it would arrive. Super thankful for the great service, because this rack and net are exactly what I was after!

Although a tad time consuming to install, it certainly is worth it as it has so many adjustments that I can’t imagine any bike it couldn’t be made to fit. Sturdy construction as well.

Easy to assemble. It has a very nice tire guard that helps keeps dirt from flicking up onto the rider. It’s also very lightweight, and snug, doesnt shake at all.
