The bike says it comes simi put together and it does not! You have to put the whole bike together. When we got the bike the chain link was broken. I simply asked for the chain to be replaced. The company states they can not just fix the chain or replace it. I have to disassemble the bike, get it back to them then they will refund and I can order the bike again just to get a simple chain! I’ve tried chain tools and so many new chains and nothing is compatible with this bike! Almost $300 down the drain completely because the company will not work with you to simply replace the chain! RIDICULOUS!!!!

My son got this bike for his birthday and he barely rides it. The chains are giving out the breaks don’t work and the tires are popped. Had it for 2 months and he’s been riding the bike about 10 times. Not a good bike hopefully Amazon can fix this issue and replace the bike. As also I hope they don’t expect me to take it to a UPS cause literally it’s garbage. Customer will change my review but the product is crappy.. so yes they want me to take apart the Nike out in a box with bubbl wrap. So stupid. So customer service was crappy also. Don’t waste your money on this 300$ bike

Well first off my son has only had this bike since April 9 th and the front tire already has to be replaced and the crank is completely messed up my husband had to keep tightening it uncle now is stripped and my son has 2 other bikes a Bmx racing bike and another one and heather of his other 2 bikes had a problem like this one , not only that but I’m still paying on it
