Although the bike arrived later than promised, so missed Christmas Day this is a great bike (4.5!).
Assembly fairly straightforward, though throttle needs a different Allan key and there are no instructions for it – thank goodness for YouTube!!!
Battery, once fully charged, has lasted longer than I thought and gives good power.
Very sturdy bike, solid bike stand, very powerful lights.
My son, who is ill so has very little stamina, thinks it’s amazing and he can now keep up with his mates!

Lieferung DHL – top
Verpackung – top
Aufbau – wenig, alles vormontiert.
40 Km gefahren ( A..tat n bissl weh vom Sattel.. 🙂 ).

I wanted to test the waters of the electric bike world and decided to try this Ancheer as it was very affordable. Believe me, I am so glad I did! I’ve had this bike for about four months now and I have zero complaints. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble, only affixing the front wheel and the handlebars. I’ve since taken it to work and back, about 4 miles, nearly nearly every weekday and on several weekend trips as well. It rides well on the streets and some mild off-road treks. The battery charges quickly and lasts quite well. The longest trip I’ve done so far was about forty miles and it still had a charge at the end. The display is bright and easy to read and use. Acceleration is quick and it has enough power to keep me at the local legal limit of 20 mph up hills even with a loaded bag on the back. The disc brakes stop well and don’t mind the rain either.
TLDR: This is a great entry bike for anyone looking for a budget-friendly ebike.
Update! I had a minor accident on my bike involving gravel and gravity. No major damage to me or the bike but I did need to replace a brake handle that my local bike shop didn’t have. I contacted support and they were so polite and helpful! They even shipped me the part free of charge. I simply cannot recommend this bike and this company enough. Thank you support and thank you Ancheer.

This product of E-bike works very well. I’ll start with my concerns about the bike when I turn it on the bike it is automatically in pedal assist mode but it’s very easy to just hit the minus button on the screen also, don’t forget that the actual on and off buttons are on the battery and not the screen, the screen has a separate on and off button. Now for my likes, this bike has a lot of torque like a lot. I can remember the first time I took my bike for a ride. I made the mistake of turning on the bike power mid-ride I went into a shake solemn, but I didn’t completely lose it and fall over, LOL overall, it’s a great bike. This product is compatible with the Moto Wolf mobile phone holder, MDL 2815. I have also written a review for the same.

I ordered this bike for general use in an around the small city I live in. I don’t have a car and using the bus took up a lot of time. I’ve used it to get to work and back, for shopping, appointments and just in general day to day use. Starting in mid September and straight through the winter it worked fantastically, even in the cold. I wouldn’t use it on days where it was snowing, but once the streets were clear it worked perfectly well. I would simply take the battery in with me rather than letting it get cold. I upgraded the seat to something more comfortable the first week, and upgraded it over time with things like fenders and a rearview mirror. Some nice insulated neoprene gloves combined with goggles and a ski mask made riding in the cold perfectly fine.
In the spring I had it serviced at a local shop who put on new brake pads, breaklines and trued the alignment. After getting it back I ran into my first real problem roughly a week later, mid ride I lost all power and smelled burning plastic. The battery had burned out. Annoyed but deciding to use this as an opportunity to upgrade my battery. I made sure to order something compatible with the same amount of pins.
A lot of relatively cheap bike companies have similar but slightly different components. The mounting tabs on the battery did not match those on the bike, being just slightly different. However, i found a simple work around of simply swapping the external components of the old mount out for the new one while keeping the actual internal components. It was as simple as unscrewing them and switching the parts.
More recently, the wear on the rear tire has made it almost totally bald, warranting a replacement tire. Swapping the rear tire out was difficult, but doable with some help. however a week later the original inner tube seem to have developed a slow leak, so needed to be replaced. Knowing what to do now, the second removal and remounting of the rear tire went much more smoothly.
Now, mid august I am having problems with the controller display. The bike still works fine, but the display doesn’t show proper numbers. It was honestly rather hard to see in the daytime anyway.
I’ve checked their site and their store on amazon, and while they do sell a lot of parts, replacement controller displays don’t seem to be one of them, though there does seem able to be swapped out for a working one.
If anyone at the company would like to sell me a display it would be more than willing to buy a new one.
In short: This is a cheap, but good quality Starter Ebike. It will get you around, its simple to maintain and simple to upgrade. It can be taken on standard bus bike racks and replacement parts and tires are generally easy to find, and cheap. I’m just about to reach 900miles on it and it was worth every penny. Its massively opened up my city to me, both in terms of mobility and opening up new places to work at. I use it almost every day for something and I would happily buy another in the future, even if it stopped worked tomorrow.

Very good solid bike, a good introduction to ebikes. More than powerful enough for a beginner or for someone who hasnt ridden for a while. Easy enough to assemble though some variance in the model from the instructions.
Range seems more than enough. As a more mature rider I did replace the seat with a wider example.

On this day, November 12, 2021, it’s been a little over a year since originally purchasing my Ancheer Bluespark e-bike.
I’m writing this for one main reason. The customer support from this company has always been there for me the entire time since my purchase. You can be assured they will not leave you without assistance, even a year later.
The bike itself has not given me any trouble and still runs like new. However, due to my own carelessness, the bike fell over months ago and the LCD unit was damaged and cracked open.
Due to the numerous amounts of times I’ve gotten flat tires (the roads in my area are not kept clean and are full of debris) I’ve had it turned upside down many times which has caused the display to come unattached from itself several times. Upon one reassembly the small lead cable connecting it must have had its final complete reconnection and could no longer transmit information correctly to the rest of the bike.
This resulted in an error code 30, which in turn would constantly shut the bike off every 30 or so seconds. Quite annoying to say the least. I thought it was a cable that might have gone bad, but figured I’d start by replacing the LCD unit first in hopes that was the problem. I wasn’t very hopeful that the unit was actually sold separately tbh.
However, after contacting customer support, for like the 3rd time I have in the last year, I was happy that they were able to contact the suppliers and created a link for me to purchase it.
I ordered it immediately and received it today. Very happy to announce that the old display was indeed the problem and due to this sellers continued support, and quick solutions, my bike is now running as it should once again.
The bike itself was not difficult to assemble initially and fixing a flat really only needs an adjustable wrench to remove the back tire. The front one is equipped with a quick release mechanism and needs no tools, other than of course the ones needed to remove the tire from the wheel.
This bike is perfect for getting around where I need to go and has endured the rain it’s been through many times. I have to say it really has performed reliably, better, and longer than I thought it would.
The battery life still remains constant and has been recharged hundreds of times. The brake pads are easy to replace and have only needed it once so far. The LCD display shows speed, mileage, trip distance, peddle assist level and more.
The best features of this e-bike are having a throttle as well as 5 levels of peddle assistance. The fact that without any assistance it’s just like any regular bicycle. It has front shocks that can be turned on or off with adjustable degrees of shock resistance. To name a few of the features I enjoy.
Not to mention it just looks cool. I’ve gotten so many looks and questions on where I got it, I feel like a seller lol. If I had 25 cards I would have given them all out by now.
So, if you’re wondering if purchasing an e-bike from this seller would be a good idea, I can only say yes 100% it would be. They really have gone above and beyond what has come to the non-existent support of so many other companies of today.
