I just got my hands on this 7-piece bike tool kit, and let me tell you, it’s an absolute game-changer. If you’re someone who likes to work on your own bike, this is a must-have.

Only used the crank puller so far but it made quick work of a crankset I previously pried and wedged with every tool in my arsenal to no avail so its already worth what I paid in my eyes. Tools seem like good quality metal and not stamped chinesium. Chain splitter/riveter is next up and ill be updating my review as I use them. Overall seems like a high quality set and the case is deffinately stout as well.

Seems to be a very thorough kit, well packaged, that will provide a lot of support for family biking outings. Packaging makes it easy to tuck away for trips and have security knowing we have most any tool we would need for a bicycle fix. Tools seem to be of average quality. Probably not great as the primary set for extended, extensive use, but perfect for the occasional field repair.

What a nice, complete kit! This is great for a starter tool set for someone who needs some tools to get started working on their bike and most of the tools are great!
I’ll start with the good: the bottom bracket tool is very nice, it doesn’t have rounded edges so it doesn’t slip out of the bottom bracket when trying to apply ALL of the force to remove it. The crank puller is well thought out too, it has a nice rotating head on it to prevent thread damage. The master link pliers are nice and reliable, and the chain whip seems sturdy and is long enough to offer some good leverage.
Now on to the not-so-good: the chain breaker is so flimsy that it will bend on first use. The chain rivets require considerable force to push them through so the small guide will get bent over if the pin guide isn’t very tight against the chain when pushing out a pin. The chain checker is also rather clumsy, although it can still be used to check chain wear. The chain checker was over thought and under executed: there are extra tools machined into the chain checker that cannot be used at all, but I’m rather thankful for that. There are spoke nipple wrenches in the chain checker that can’t be used because you can’t get them onto a spoke, there’s no opening in the tool to allow that, but I’m grateful because the material is so thin that it would destroy a spoke nipple if anyone tried to actually use it.
Overall, this is a nice starter tool kit and it comes with a nice case to keep everything stored, so you can keep it in a gear bag or a truck and have everything in one place, I would just replace a select few of the tools with better options and then the kit would be ideal.

I could not be happier with this bike repair kit! The quality exceeded all expectations, especially considering the affordable price tag making us a great value for the money. This kit is super easy to use and perfectly sized for travel. This repair kits works, as well as if not better than kits I’ve used in the past and provides tremendous stability for cycling. Highly recommend!

This is a nice value toolkit, one that I’d essentially call a starter set into bicycle repair as it provides a lot of the basics. The tools themselves work fairly well, they’re not all that comfortable but they work and get the basics done. The case is a nice touch although some parts simply do not hold in the case which can be a bit annoying. Otherwise, I like the toolset and it’s certainly getting it’s use in my workshop.
