The instructions that came in the box were for a different model bike. But we figured it out, thankfully the bike comes out of the box mostly preassemble. The brakes are great, and it rides great. Very happy with this purchase!!

The bike is a decent bike. It came with parts bent and I had to take to a repair shop to fix. So tack on another $60 to fix your new bike.

This bike came in brand new but completely bent at the chain wheel. Every time my daughter shifted the chain would fall off due to the poor quality of this bike. I have not yet received my refund.

My bicycle arrived promptly, and I began assembly. The directions were a bit hard to follow, but I found a YouTube Video that walked me through the assembly just fine. I did have a problem with the threading on one of the pedals. I contacted the Vendor and they responded promptly. I was able to get the thread repaired myself and finished the assembly, and their assistance was not needed. I must say, I was impressed with the response time and the willingness to help. Excellent Vendor!

Excellent bike for the price. A bit of assembly is needed, bike is already 85% assembled. Also, check preload on front axle, it should spin freely using your fingers. Mine was tight n would’ve damaged the bearings in short order. A bit of loosening is all that is needed. Spokes may also need a bit of tightening, but don’t over do it, you’ll untrue the wheel. Go easy, or take it to a certified bicycle shop to do that for you.
I recommend getting a wider more comfortable seat.
The seat that comes with it is rather small n narrow n may be uncomfortable on long rides… Otherwise it’s an excellent bicycle.

The bike is exactly what we expected and the perfect fit for our daughter. Showed up on time and easy to assemble. I ran into some issues but the customer service was so responsive and quick to offer solutions that I am blown away in the most amazing way.
