The description says that it should fit 16 inch bike but couldn’t find right length for Jett 16. I removed the extension part for it. It “can” hold the bike but really unstable. If I use short extension, it just too long. If you are trying to use this for Specialized Jett 16, I wouldn’t recommend this. But the product seems sturdy.

he learned to ride his bike without training wheels this spring but one small flaw with kids bikes that come with training wheels is that they dont come with kickstands. took a couple minutes to install and couldnt be happier.

Got this for my son’s bike that doesn’t have a kick stand. He tried to install it himself and did an okay job but it was really hard to tighten the bolt that holds the whole thing together because of the angle and the frame of the bike. It can only be tightened with the included Allyn wrench (standard size and nice that they included it) but I wish it had a hexagon shape on the outside of the bolt so we could twist it with a regular wrench since we had a hard time getting the Allyn wrench into the space. It got loose pretty quickly and we ended up taking it off so it wouldn’t get in the way. Will try again but it is such a tough angle to really crank it down with the only option of the Allyn wrench.
I do like that it came with two options of lengths for different sized bikes. It was easy to figure out and seems to be sturdy if you can get it tight. We will try again but I think it would have been worth making a few options on how the bolt is tightened.

This kickstand is advertised as universal for a 16 inch bike, however, it will not fit a Major brand 16 inch bike.
