The product arrived with damages (see the pictures) and no clear instructions about the engines. In my first ride, just for adjusting the bike, the engines broke and fell. I’m an autistic person and I followed the instructions for assembling the bike and no detail was given about the engines. Now I can’t use the bike.

The media could not be loaded.
In a very bad shopping trip, one of the pedals of the bicycle could not be installed for two hours, and the screw of the pedal was too big, which wasted my time. Such a production process was really poor, and some of the paint was worn off after receiving the bicycle

It’s bigger than I thought. And I don’t know it was a shipping mistake or what, they said it would be delivered between the Sep 17th and 24th, and it was delivered on the Sep13th. I really like it.

Unridable, Just got this bike today, package was torn upon arrival. I assembled the bike, and had help from experts who grew up working on bikes in Jackson, WY – to find out the wire connected to the gears is completely broken under the shaft cover. I am unable to ride the bike or shift gears.
